We recently asked Phil Corns Architectural Services Ltd. for advice regarding the installation of a downstairs cloakroom in our house. The plans have now been drawn up and we are delighted with the results.
Mr Corns suggested two options both of which we really liked, but one of these would have required alterations to many other parts of the house. His imaginative ideas and suggestions are ones which we would not have thought of ourselves. The company carried out the preparatory work thoroughly and with no inconvenience to ourselves. The whole service is excellent in that the company will forward copies of the plans to our chosen builders for quotations as well as notifying the local authority on our behalf. The whole service is very good value and we would most definitely recommended this company to other considering alterations or extensions to their homes.
